Student Technical Academy for Research Training (START)
Student Technical Academy for Research Training (START) is a long-term intensive research program that provides high school students, specifically underrepresented minorities, with research training and research internships. Individuals selected for this program have exhibited a high aptitude for research and have demonstrated advanced performance on standardized testing, stellar academic achievement, and impeccable work ethic.
Innovative STEM Conference (ISC)
The Innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Conference (ISC) is a three day conference designed to strategically expose and excite students about the opportunities and rewards in joining the STEM pipeline. The ISC features a Pre-Conference Day, a high school symposium (Junior Science and Humanities Symposium), a collegiate symposium (Innovative STEM Symposium), as well as distinguished panelists, stimulating workshops, and entertaining events.
